It also processes purchased plans, access permissions, order/payment references and teacher papers saved through supported features.

Support correspondence may contain information you choose to provide. Hosting services may record technical information such as IP address, requested pages, browser information and error logs for operation and security.

3. How we use information

We use information to create and verify accounts, manage school approvals, deliver purchased access, maintain order records, respond to support requests, prevent misuse and meet applicable recordkeeping obligations.

4. Payments and service providers

Where Razorpay checkout is enabled, payment information is processed by Razorpay under its privacy policy. Our application stores transaction references and status needed to verify purchases; it does not request or store card CVVs or UPI PINs.

Hosting, email and payment service providers may process information needed to supply their services. Information may also be disclosed when required by law or to protect the service and its users. We do not sell personal information.

5. Cookies and local storage

This standalone information website does not set application cookies or include advertising or analytics scripts. The learning app and administrator portal separately use authentication and device storage to support sign-in and their features. Hosting infrastructure may maintain security logs.

6. Retention and security

We retain information as needed to operate the service, resolve disputes and meet applicable legal obligations. Account deletion may disable access while transaction, audit and required records are retained. Access controls and protected credentials help secure accounts; no online service can guarantee absolute security.

8. Younger learners

Learners under 18 should use the service with a parent or guardian’s involvement. A parent or guardian should review purchases and these policies. Contact us about information submitted by a child without appropriate authorisation so we can investigate and take appropriate action.
