1. Service provider

2. Accounts and eligibility

Provide accurate registration information and keep your credentials private. Email verification may be required. Teacher/school-member access requires approval. Learners under 18 should have a parent or guardian review and authorise their use and purchases.

3. Learning plans

A purchase provides access only to the class, subject, content and duration described in the selected plan. Brochures are available only where provided. Review the curriculum and included features before purchase. A plan does not confer ownership of the learning material.

4. Prices and payments

Prices are stated in Indian rupees. The checkout must show the payable total and any applicable taxes before payment. Access depends on successful payment verification. A pending or failed transaction does not itself grant access. Do not make another payment solely because a previous payment is delayed; contact support with its reference.

5. Acceptable use and intellectual property

Use content for the personal learning or authorised teaching purposes allowed by your plan. Do not resell, publicly redistribute or scrape protected content, share purchased accounts, bypass access restrictions or interfere with the service. Content rights remain with their respective owners.

6. Availability and outcomes

Access requires a compatible device and internet connection. Maintenance or technical issues may interrupt service; report access problems to support. Educational resources do not guarantee marks, examination results or admission.

7. Cancellation and refunds

Refund requests may be submitted within 7 days of purchase, subject to our refund and cancellation policy. Account deletion is not a refund request. Approved refunds may remove the associated purchased access.

8. Restrictions and disputes

Access may be restricted for misuse or account ineligibility. Contact support if you believe a restriction is incorrect. Applicable Indian law governs these terms; nothing in them excludes rights or remedies that cannot lawfully be excluded.

9. Changes

Updated terms will be dated on this page. Contact us about any material change affecting an existing purchase. Refer to our privacy policy for information handling.
